Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and general documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and preparation of necessary reports.
- Reconcile vendor statements and manage invoice processing.
- Support the finance team with tax documentation and compliance requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
