In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative financial operations. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy of our delivery documentation and financial records. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process customer delivery documents, purchase orders, and invoices with high accuracy.
  • Ensure all billing documentation is complete, verified, and correctly filed for audit readiness.
  • Proactively follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports to support the finance department's reconciliation processes.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure delivery notes match invoiced items.
  • Assist in the month-end closing process, including data entry and account verification tasks.
  • Maintain electronic and physical records of financial transactions in accordance with company policy.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; LCCI qualification is a distinct advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are a plus).
  • Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective professional liaison with clients.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong integrity and commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of financial data.
