Tanggung Jawab
- Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify ledger entries for accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems for all financial documentation.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
- Monitor office petty cash and assist with basic payroll administration.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount, or MYOB.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate clearly.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding company financial data.
