Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily maintenance of accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
- Prepare and process journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
- Support the month-end closing process and preparation of financial reports.
- Monitor bank transactions and perform accurate bank reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash records and ensure timely reimbursement processing.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial filing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or cloud-based platforms).
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of mathematical accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
