- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized accounting records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment collections.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Process staff expense claims, petty cash reimbursements, and payment vouchers.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Support senior accountants with audit preparations and tax filing schedules.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records in compliance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance role is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
