Your responsibilities will include managing daily ledger entries, processing sales invoices, and assisting with month-end close procedures. You will also work closely with the management team to prepare financial reports and ensure timely completion of GST filings. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and general ledger activities.
- Process and verify sales invoices, receipts, and payments accurately.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Handle GST (Goods and Services Tax) documentation and submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and trade-in assets.
- Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations and GST filing procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
