Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and general ledger activities.
  • Process and verify sales invoices, receipts, and payments accurately.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are up-to-date.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Handle GST (Goods and Services Tax) documentation and submissions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and trade-in assets.
  • Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations and GST filing procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
