Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and update accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Support the accounting team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist with tax filings and audit preparations as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates with internships are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
