Tanggung Jawab
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and budgets
- Manage vendor invoices and expense reports with proper documentation
- Support audit preparation by maintaining organized financial records
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on financial initiatives
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS)
