You will work closely with the finance department to process transactions, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end reporting. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and general financial administration.
  • Process and verify accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices accurately and on time.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash funds effectively.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and internal reports.
  • Maintain and organize accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation.
  • Assist with general ledger entries and month-end closing procedures.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing inquiries and status updates.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
