Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and general financial administration.
- Process and verify accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices accurately and on time.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash funds effectively.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and internal reports.
- Maintain and organize accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation.
- Assist with general ledger entries and month-end closing procedures.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing inquiries and status updates.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
