Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Monitor and oversee the daily tasks performed by accounts clerks.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal financial controls and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes effectively.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for all financial documentation.
  • Support year-end audit processes and tax filing preparations.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in an accounting or administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting software.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
