As an Account Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will work closely with our experienced finance team, providing essential support in managing accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and month-end closing procedures. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations and ensure accurate ledger entries.
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and physical/digital filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of GST/SST reports and other statutory compliance filings.
- Manage petty cash records and ensure timely reimbursement processing.
- Collaborate with department heads to track project-related expenditures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or SAP).
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and internship experience are encouraged to apply.
