You will work closely with the finance department to streamline processes, manage day-to-day accounts, and provide essential support to our operational success. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation of daily financial records and data entry into the accounting system.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction records for accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management statements.
  • Maintain systematic filing of financial documents, invoices, and payment vouchers.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to prepare for internal and external audits.
  • Monitor petty cash balances and ensure proper documentation for all disbursements.
  • Support general office administrative tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., LCCI, ACCA, CAT).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting software (e.g., UBS, SQL, or MYOB).
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
