Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of daily accounting entries and maintenance of the general ledger.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
- Support month-end closing activities and the preparation of financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Manage filing systems for financial documents to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.
- Assist with audits and tax documentation preparation as required by the finance manager.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (e.g., LCCI, CAT, or ACCA/CIMA students are welcome).
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as SQL, SAP, or UBS is a significant advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
