Tanggung Jawab
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of various financial reports and statements for management review.
- Verify and process employee expense claims, petty cash, and corporate credit card reconciliations.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the finance team with general administrative tasks, filing, and data entry as required.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance support role. Fresh graduates with strong academic records and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP B1) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
