We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to join the dynamic finance team at Sungguh Kemajuan Sdn Bhd. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to support our daily accounting operations and contribute to the financial stability of the company.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring that all accounting procedures comply with company policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation, coding, and processing of invoices and receipts.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage cash flow records.
- Maintain and organize financial documents, ledgers, and filing systems.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements as required.
- Handle general ledger entries and assist with payroll processing.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding account queries.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
