- Process daily financial transactions and ensure timely execution
- Issue checks and manage payment voucher documentation
- Maintain and update financial ledgers with meticulous accuracy

- Reconcile bank statements and resolve account discrepancies
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and statement preparation
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- 1-2 years of experience in account operations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Malaysian accounting standards
