Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation of daily accounting entries and maintenance of general ledgers.
  • Support the accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
  • Perform timely bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain systematic filing of financial documentation for audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to monitor cash flow and handle petty cash management.
  • Support year-end closing processes and tax documentation preparation.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or administration; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or similar ERP systems).
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team structure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong sense of integrity and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
