Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including data entry and invoice verification.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely payment processing and reconciliation of statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Monitor and track project-related expenses to ensure alignment with budget guidelines.
- Support the finance team with daily administrative tasks and audits as required.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or LCCI certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or similar) is a significant advantage.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with suppliers.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
