As an Account Assistant, you will handle a variety of tasks ranging from accounts payable and receivable to month-end closing processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies found.
- Prepare and maintain supporting schedules for monthly financial reports.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
- Generate and distribute financial summaries to management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or MYOB).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
