In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timely reporting.

The successful candidate will be a key player in our finance department, responsible for handling daily accounting operations, including full set accounts, accounts payable (A/P), and accounts receivable (A/R). Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle and maintain full set accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Manage petty cash and assist with daily office financial documentation.
  • Support the finance team with tax filing preparations and internal audit requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory accounting standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or cloud-based platforms).
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
