Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and daily accounting entries.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and verification.
  • Support the finance team in monthly bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Maintain filing systems for all financial documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
