Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and daily accounting entries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and verification.
- Support the finance team in monthly bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and documentation for audit purposes.
- Maintain filing systems for all financial documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as required.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
