This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and operational finance.

As an Account Assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy of our financial data. You will support the finance department by handling daily transactional tasks, assisting in month-end closing processes, and ensuring that our financial documentation remains organized and audit-ready. If you possess a sharp eye for numbers and a passion for operational excellence, we would love to have you on our team.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform accurate daily data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and ledgers.
  • Support the finance team in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processing.
  • Maintain well-organized filing systems for invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely reporting.
  • Monitor and track company expenses and reconcile petty cash logs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company financial policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume data entry with minimal errors.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new accounting software and processes.
