Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and reports
- Process and verify financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information
- Manage and organize financial files and documentation
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
