Tanggung Jawab
- Process and maintain accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reports and budget variance analyses
- Assist in tax filings and regulatory compliance documentation
- Manage vendor contracts and payment processing schedules
- Support annual audits by providing accurate financial records
- Collaborate with procurement teams on cost control initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
