Tanggung Jawab
- Manage ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the finance manager
- Oversee petty cash transactions, including receipts and reconciliation
- Control and monitor departmental expenses within budget constraints
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
- Maintain accurate accounting records using company systems
- Perform bank reconciliations and transaction verification
- Liaise with internal departments for financial documentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of accounting or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
