As an Account Assistant, you will be the backbone of our finance operations. You will support senior accountants in preparing financial statements, managing payroll, and ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations. This role offers a unique chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and gain comprehensive exposure to the financial advisory industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and verifying vendor statements.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, ensuring accuracy for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to identify discrepancies.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures and inventory counts.
- Organize and file financial documents in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with auditors and external tax consultants regarding documentation needs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident is preferred.
