Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
  • Process and verify invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile various accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain and organize financial records, files, and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and compliance filings.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing inquiries.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
