Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily bookkeeping activities including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles efficiently
- Process payroll and ensure timely employee compensation
- Prepare and issue invoices while maintaining accurate client records
- Assist in generating monthly financial reports and statements
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS)
- Excellent attention to detail with numerical accuracy
