Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and reconciling accounts.
- Assist in preparing and filing necessary documentation for logistics and shipping processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with periodic stocktakes.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Support the finance team with monthly reporting and general administrative duties.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders and account status.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and basic logistics processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
