Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and invoice verification
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile bank statements
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial reporting
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and data entry
- Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Coordinate with auditors during financial reviews
- Monitor inventory accounting and cost tracking systems
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of accounting or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards
