Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process incoming invoices for accounts payable (AP) accurately and efficiently.
- Verify invoice details, including quantities, prices, and terms, before processing payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors promptly.
- Prepare and maintain monthly reports related to accounts payable and expense tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory reports and tax documentation as required.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of all financial documents and records.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to clarify payment inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office (Excel is essential).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
