We are currently looking for a talented Account Assistant cum Admin to join our head office team in Kulai, Johor. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to both our financial processes and administrative efficiency.
In this dual role, you will handle a broad spectrum of accounting tasks including managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing invoices, and assisting with month-end closing. On the administrative side, you will be responsible for office management duties such as handling correspondence, organizing files, coordinating supplies, and supporting HR functions. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities will be key to ensuring our office runs smoothly.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Process invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial and administrative records.
- Handle office administrative tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, and supply management.
- Support HR functions including attendance tracking, payroll preparation, and employee record maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on administrative matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount) is an added advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
