The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial data, supporting our daily accounting operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our finance department. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
  • Perform accurate bank reconciliations and verify payment vouchers.
  • Maintain systematic filing of financial documents and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Support the preparation of GST/SST filings and other tax-related documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
  • Assist in year-end closing processes and external audit preparations.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/LCCI).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy under pressure.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proactive team player with strong time-management and organizational skills.
