Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and verify payment vouchers.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documents and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support the preparation of GST/SST filings and other tax-related documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
- Assist in year-end closing processes and external audit preparations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/LCCI).
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy under pressure.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive team player with strong time-management and organizational skills.
