Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
- Prepare timely monthly management accounts, including P&L and Balance Sheet, for management review.
- Assist in the timely submission of audit schedules and support the external audit process.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage general ledger entries.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
