Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collection activities
- Assist in monthly closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Monitor inventory valuation and cost accounting for manufacturing operations
- Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports analyzing variances and key performance indicators
- Coordinate with production departments to track operational costs and optimize resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Support audit processes and maintain accurate financial documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CIMA candidates preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing accounting or similar industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
- Good communication skills and proficiency in both written and spoken English
