TECHKEM GROUP is seeking a motivated Account Assistant to join our finance team in Puchong. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations by managing the full set of accounts.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting daily cash flow management, and assisting in the preparation of month-end closing processes. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Support the preparation of timely month-end and year-end financial reports.
  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow activities to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of GST/SST filings and other statutory tax compliance matters.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to track project expenses and invoices.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records for audit purposes.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or LCCI equivalent).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience handling full set of accounts.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, UBS, or similar ERP systems).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict reporting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
