Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and monthly closing procedures
- Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems
- Support internal audits and compliance checks
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on financial matters
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
