Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in preparation of financial statements and monthly closing procedures
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements
  • Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems
  • Support internal audits and compliance checks
  • Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on financial matters

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero)
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
