Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of daily invoices and billing documents.
  • Prepare and verify Delivery Orders (DO) and other necessary accounting documents.
  • Perform accurate data entry and manage filing systems for financial records.
  • Provide support for Sales and Service Tax (SST) compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) accounts.
  • Conduct bank reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Support the finance team with general administrative accounting tasks as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Valid transportation to commute to Ulu Tiram, Johor.
