Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry and record maintenance
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings
  • Respond to emails and communications from clients in a professional and timely manner
  • Update and maintain client information and account records
  • Prepare and process financial documents, invoices, and expense reports
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth accounting operations

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification in accounting or related field
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fun working environment
  • Prior experience in an administrative or accounting role is a plus
