As an Account Assistant, you will work closely with our accounting team to ensure financial accuracy, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist with financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using accounting software
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Handle correspondence with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Verify and process expense reports and reimbursements
- Assist with audits and compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in Mandarin language (written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
