Tanggung Jawab

  • Process invoices, expense claims, and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations regularly.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures under supervision.
  • Handle petty cash management and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks within the accounting department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare basic financial reports as required by management.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the hospitality industry or a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative.
  • Familiarity with local accounting principles and tax regulations is a plus.
