Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic finance environment? Symphony Meridian Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a motivated Account Assistant for a 3-month temporary assignment based in Shah Alam, Selangor.

You will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records, managing daily administrative workflows, and assisting the team with month-end processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the processing of daily accounting transactions and data entry into the system.
- Manage the filing and organization of financial documents, invoices, and vouchers to ensure audit readiness.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable functions by preparing payment vouchers and follow-ups.
- Perform bank reconciliation and verify ledger entries for accuracy.
- Assist the finance team in preparing monthly financial reports and documentation.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to the finance department as assigned by the supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial records at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or students awaiting graduation are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be available to commit for the full 3-month duration.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new accounting software or internal systems.
