Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate daily account operations and client correspondence.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and budget tracking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in filing systems and databases.
- Process payments and ensure timely billing cycles.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and general office support.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
