Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Assist in conducting internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance
- Verify financial records for accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with tax authorities on compliance matters
- Document accounting processes and maintain organized financial records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA) preferred
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/MFRS standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
