Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system with high precision.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management statements.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for all financial documentation.
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring all payments are tracked.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Assist the finance team with month-end closing activities and bank reconciliations.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, is required.
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or UBS) is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
