Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of daily accounting records and financial documentation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes accurately and timely.
- Perform data entry of financial transactions into the accounting software system.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for all financial records.
- Support the finance team in month-end closing activities and report preparation.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
