Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation of daily accounting records and financial documentation.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes accurately and timely.
  • Perform data entry of financial transactions into the accounting software system.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for all financial records.
  • Support the finance team in month-end closing activities and report preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and standard operating procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
