We are seeking a dedicated and organized Account Clerk to join the finance team at Schmaco Auto Parts Industries. Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and verify invoices, receipts, and payments to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and financial records, ensuring all data is current and error-free.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledgers.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Organize and manage physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of financial documents.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and answering inquiries.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or clerical role is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, or Xero).
