HL Lee & Co. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Clerk to join our dynamic finance team in Ipoh, Perak. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our daily operations. In this role, you will assist in the preparation of financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy in amounts and coding.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow records.
- Maintain and update the general ledger and accounting files.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks efficiently.
- Prepare and file tax documents and other statutory reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB or QuickBooks.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
