Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SQL Accounting software
- Process accounts payable and receivable for retail and online business operations
- Handle inventory management and financial transactions for ESR racing parts
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconcile accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding financial matters
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Account Clerk in retail or online business
- Proficiency in SQL Accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with inventory management for parts (ESR racing parts preferred)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
