Oscajadi Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a meticulous and friendly Account Clerk to join our expanding finance department in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about accuracy and enjoys supporting the financial health of a growing company. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily accounting operations, ensuring that every transaction is recorded correctly and efficiently.

Your daily tasks will involve a variety of financial activities, ranging from data entry and invoice processing to bank reconciliations. You will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, and preparing basic financial reports. We value proactive employees who can organize files and assist the team during month-end closing procedures. Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and verify daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
  • Update and maintain the general ledger with high accuracy.
  • Organize, file, and archive physical and digital financial documents.
  • Prepare basic financial reports for management review and analysis.
  • Assist the accounting team during month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounting or clerical role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) being an advantage.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP) is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
